The class will be taught to allow the dancer to move in his or her fullest potential. Some principles include fall and rebound, use of weight suspension, isolation and active breath.
Through investigating movement concepts, as well as focusing on music, the dancer gains the ability to approach dance with poetry in addition to using his or her strong technique.
