Don’t miss this opportunity to spend the summer dancing at Peridance Capezio Center!!!


Dates: July 5th - July 31st, 2010

This four-week summer intensive is designed for dancers ages 14-18 who want to increase their level of technique and strength while developing their self-confidence and artistry.

Peridance Capezio Center is still accepting applications, but there are only a few spots left!

An experienced and well-known faculty will work with you daily. Led by Mr. Igal Perry - Artistic Director of Peridance, this year’s teachers include: Sidra Bell- Artistic Director of Sidra Bell Dance New York, Brian Carey Chung – Artistic Director of COLLECTIVE BODY/DANCELAB, Nina Goldman- of Matthew Bourne's New Adventures (London), Kevin Irving- former Artistic Director of The Gothenburg Ballet (Sweden) & longtime associate of Nacho Duato, JoLea Maffei- master teacher of Horton, Kate Skarpetowska - of Lar Lubovitch, Marnie Thomas - formerly of The Martha Graham Dance Company, Jeanne Solan (Holland), and Korhan Basaran (Turkey).

Rigorous daily classes include Ballet, Jazz, Theater Dance, Improvisation, Contemporary, Graham, Limon, Horton, and Repertory. Dancers will have the invaluable opportunity to learn and rehearse choreography as they work closely with professional choreographers! In addition to classes and rehearsal, we offer workshops through the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, Hanna Somatic class with Laura Gates, and college prep Q&A sessions.
