Taichi Classes Coming this Fall to Peridance

Join us this Fall at Peridance for invigorating new classes in Taichi and Bagua led by Master Teacher Joseph Zeisky.

What is Taichi?

In a stressful world, Taichi class can become the perfect haven. It's flowing movements and graceful postures are world renowned for their healing benefits, as well as, their self-defense effectiveness. Joseph's classes focus on Grand Master Cheng Man Ching's 37 Movement Yang Style Taichi Form, enhanced with core Qigong-internal energy practices, rooting, and self-defense skills. Taichi can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, and is known to improve flexibility, increase energy, stamina, and agility, relieve chronic pain, and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

What is Bagua?
Bagua is a dynamic internal martial art that teaches how to adapt to changing circumstances with less effort, and without losing one's center or energy. Its spiraling and fluid-like movements reconnects practitioners with a more natural rhythm and flow.
